Back in mid-April, UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson defended his title for a whopping tenth time with a submission of BJJ blackbelt Wilson Reis. In doing so, he tired Anderson Silva’s record for the most consecutive title defenses in UFC history.

It was not, however, all sunshine and daisies for dominant flyweight king.

In the buildup to his fight with Reis, Johnson shared his disappointment that he had not received a new belt for each of his championship wins, and therefore couldn’t recreate the famous photograph that boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. took with all of his belts.

“I’m getting pissed off about that,” Johnson told the media back in April. “I saw Daniel Cormier get three damn belts, so Dana White, WME-IMG, whoever writes the checks, give me eight damn belts please, and then I [already have one, so] nine if I win this one. I’ll take it home. I’m going to start collecting these belts. Michael Bisping has two belts and I’m just a nice guy, just a company man, I come here and fight and then they take the belt away from me and I’m like, ‘alright, peace. Call me when you want me to come fight again.’ And that’s it. But now I’m seeing these guys with three belts, and I’m like, I only got one belt and have to share it with two of my kids.”

Shortly after Johnson shared these complaints, UFC President Dana White assured that the UFC would get the flyweight champion his belts.

“I’m going to get him his belts,” White told Megan Olivi. “I am going to get him his belts. He is definitely keeping the belt he got tonight, and I guess I have some catching up to do”.

Now, it appears that White has made good on that promise. On Wednesday afternoon, Johnson shared a photo to his social media channels, showing him posing with a whopping ten gold belts. The picture of dominance. See it below:

Do you think Demetrious Johnson can make history with an eleventh-straight title defense?
