Back in June, the boxing superstar found out about a young boy in Pakistan who had a large tumor that was affecting his health. Khan took to his Facebook page to get more information on Ali Hassan and his condition. Once Khan was able to get more information, he got a hold of Hassan’s family.

The Daily Mail stated back in June that Ali’s father, Muhammad Mansha was told they would get help from Khan and his foundation.

“Amir Khan assured us of all sort of financial help,” Mansha said. “He told me that he will also visit us. We are hopeful that our son can have a normal life now.”

Khan posted photos on social media this week and showed the progress of the 7-year-old boy.

Khan said the following in his Instagram post:

“I flew to Pakistan Lahore last week for a day to visit Ali Hassan. He was the 7 year old boy in pakistan who had an eye tumour. It was effecting his breathing and him very badly.
