Promoter Eddie Hearn believes it’s “laughable” to suggest that Tyson Fury has fought better competition than his star client, Anthony Joshua. Fury and Joshua are regarded as the two best heavyweight boxers on the planet today, with the former laying claim to the WBC title, and the latter in possession of WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles.

Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have agreed in principle to a pair of heavyweight title fights, according to Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn. Joshua, the unified heavyweight champion, and Fury, the WBC and lineal heavyweight champion, are widely viewed as the best heavyweight boxers alive. There is presently massive interest in seeing the two Brits collide in the ring, and according to Hearn, things are moving in that direction.

Fury maintained constant pressure on the heavy-hitter, knocking him down twice before cornering him in the seventh round. Wilder’s equilibrium was rocked by the onslaught that Fury delivered. Fans can access all of that combat sports content for $19.99 a month, or $99.99 for an annual membership. Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn would like to see that rate increase — by a lot. Hearn, who promotes Anthony Joshua, has witnessed DAZN’s recent growth, and believes the service is becoming a must-have for fight fans, particularly those that follow boxing.

However, that wasn’t enough to bolster a UK following as the event received shocking UK PPV numbers. Approximately 12,000 people attended the KSI vs Logan Paul rematch that took place in the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The October 9th fight was a rematch of the Youtuber’s 2018 fight which resulted in a draw. KSI won their second fight by a controversial split decision victory.
