Dustin Poirier has explained why he doesn’t want to see Jake Paul take on Mike Tyson in a boxing match later this year. As we know, Jake Paul defeated Mike Perry this past weekend in their boxing showdown. Initially, however, he was supposed to be battling it out with heavyweight boxing legend Mike Tyson. Unfortunately, due to an illness, Tyson was forced to pull out. Now, their highly-anticipated collision has been postponed to November.

Former UFC title challenger Darren Till has thrown his name in the hat as a potential opponent for Jake Paul. Paul was expected to trade leather with Mike Tyson this past Saturday night. Tyson ended up having to withdraw from the matchup due to an ulcer flareup. Perry replaced Tyson and was handed a sixth-round TKO loss against Paul for his efforts.

UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira wasted little time getting in contact with Jake Paul following a callout. Paul went one-on-one with former UFC fighter Mike Perry in a boxing match. Paul was simply too skilled in the sweet science for Perry to handle. “Platinum” kept getting popped with the jab and ate plenty of power shots from his opponent. Perry was knocked down several times before the referee decided to call the fight in the sixth round.

Diaz mixed it up with Jorge Masvidal inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California this past Saturday. Diaz had the crowd fully behind him and scored the majority decision win over “Gamebred.” This evens the score between the Stockton native and Masvidal, as the two fought under the UFC banner back in 2019 with “Gamebred” earning victory there.
