Adesanya has been sharing all sorts of footage from his daily life and training sessions on his YouTube channel and social media accounts. One of the more recent (and eyebrow raising) clips shows ‘The Last Stylebender’ working his movement by dodging tennis balls.

Luke Rockhold says Alex Pereira becoming the middleweight champ would make him unretire. After Rockhold lost a decision to Paulo Costa at UFC 278, he announced his retirement from the sport. The fight marked his return to the sport after his knockout loss to Jan Blachowicz at UFC 239 in his light heavyweight debut. Although he has now officially retired, Rockhold isn’t fully ruling out a return to the sport.

While ‘Poatan’ is just 3-0 in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, his knockout win over Sean Strickland was enough to prove that he’s ready to take the next step up and challenge for the UFC middleweight title.
