Anderson Silva was sparring the day before stepping in to fight at UFC 200
With former middleweight kingpin Anderson Silva stepping in on just 2 days notice to fight Daniel Cormier at UFC 200, many have questioned how prepared Anderson Silva really is for the fight.

While he won’t have to cut weight to make 205, Silva spoke at a press conference Thursday night, where he revealed that while he hasn’t been training too hard, he was sparring the day before he stepped in to fight:
“I wasn’t really training that hard, obviously I’m always training, and if you want peace you have to be ready for war. But, I wasn’t really training that hard or preparing for any fight, [but] I actually sparred yesterday.”
