Heather Hardy reacts to loss, responds to fans negative hateful comments
Former WBO featherweight boxing champion Heather Hardy suffered a TKO loss to Taylor Turner at this Friday’s Bellator 222 event in New York.
The setback dropped Hardy’s career mixed martial arts record to 2-2. The loss also prompted many pundits to call for Heather’s return to boxing.
Heather Hardy has gone perfect inside the squared circle, boasting a professional record of 22-0.
However, due to challenges with finding opponents to box, Hardy began her MMA career with Bellator back in June of 2017.
More than twenty-four hours removed from her most recent setback in mixed martial arts, Heather Hardy took to Twitter where she addressed the loss as well as the fans who have been sending negative hateful comments.
The hardest part of that loss, is knowing that there were so many people out there who enjoyed watching me lose. I see you all, with your negative hateful comments. I don’t respond-but they sit with me. I’m just a regular mom trying my best. I’m just doing the best i can for Annie
