Wanderlei Silva Helping Bellator Promote Upcoming Show, Attends Bellator 131 Fan Activities

The saying goes ‘The enemy of my enemy is my friend.’ That may be why former UFC fighter Wanderlei Silva is assisting Bellator MMA in promoting their upcoming card, Bellator 131, which runs the same night the UFC is holding UFC 180, this Saturday.

Bellator MMA President Scott Coker spoke about Silva’s presence at this week’s fan and media activities for the promotion.

“After we saw just an overwhelming response to our Bellator Fan Fest a few weeks ago, we wanted to once again give our fans a chance to be a part of something special and give everyone the opportunity to spend time with a group of fighters that built the sport we all love. We have events taking place all week around the San Diego area as we prepare for the biggest night of fights in company history, and we want everyone to be a part of it.”
