In their first fight back in July 2021 Rodriguez won in the first round due to a shoulder injury suffered by Ortega. However, in the rematch, the pros are actually going with the underdog in Ortega to pull off the upset.

He has already declared himself as the true UFC featherweight champion. He even said he wouldn’t give, Ortega, Max Holloway, or Yair Rodriguez a title opportunity.

Ige shared the Octagon with Andre Fili in the main event of a UFC Fight Night card in Las Vegas on February 10. One solid punch to the jaw, and Fili was done.
