PHOTO | Cat Zingano shares her body transformation from 175 pounds down to 145
UFC women’s bantamweight contender Cat Zingano is set to fight in an exciting match at UFC 200 against Julianna Pena.
Zingano’s last fight took place over a year ago when she lost to Ronda Rousey in a UFC title fight back in February 2015. Zingano was caught in one of Rousey’s signature armbars in the very first round.
With the long layoff, Zingano will look to make a statement at UFC 200 as she already has wins over UFC women’s bantamweight champion Miesha Tate and her opponent Amanda Nunes who are fighting for the title on the same card.
Zingano posted a motivating transformation photo from weighing 175 pounds and getting back into fight shape at 145 pounds.
“Alpha” said in the caption of her photo, “Fighters be like…. I was 175 in January & 145 today. Reality vs expectation. There is a much bigger fight than what you see go on in that cage. And If I can do it, anyone of y’all can. #teamalphacat #ufc200 #bulkingJ/K #strongAF #regretnothing #alphacatzingano #sorrynotsorry #notashamed #thatbasstho #cake”
