Michael Bisping blasts “little b**ch” Chris Weidman
UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping is never one to shy away from speaking his mind. The recently crowned UFC champion is currently gearing up for his UFC 204 scrap with Dan Henderson on October 8th in Manchester, England.
Despite that, Bisping has taken aim at former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman, who will reportedly be fighting Yoel Romero at UFC 205 in New York in November.
He spoke to Champions.co:
“I think Chris is really embarrassed that I knocked out the guy that dominated him and beat the living crap out of him. He should be embarrassed that as a guy who calls himself a black belt in jiu-jitsu and some kind of crazy skilled wrestler, he was mounted by Rockhold, and had something like a hundred strikes landed on him. The referee should’ve called that fight after the third round…
Why should he be embarrassed that I’m the champ? I mean, really, it’s about time that Chris Weidman just shuts the f**k up. He’s acting like a little b**ch, and we all know it. Everybody is sick of him and all that whining….”
Weidman, who was set to have a highly anticipated rematch with Luke Rockhold in the main event of UFC 199 back in June, was forced to pull out of the fight with a neck injury. After he was forced out of the fight, it was Bisping who stepped in to fight Rockhold on short notice.
Bisping went on to win the fight short-notice fight with Rockhold via 1st round knockout. Winning the UFC middleweight championship in the process
Weidman, who has been absent from MMA competition since losing his UFC middleweight championship to Rockhold in the co-main event of UFC 194, was reportedly set to to make his UFC return against Yoel Romero at UFC 205, however news has now emerged that Weidman is holding out, and the fight with Romero is not official.
