Conor McGregor being revered in California through street art
Ronda Rousey isn’t the only one getting recognized in Venice, California in works of art. The UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor also has some adoring fans in the street art community who painted a mural of “The Notorious” out on a street in Venice.
It isn’t as big of a piece as Ronda Rousey’s mural who lives in the city as the hometown hero, but for the Irishman’s fame, it is a step in the right direction.
Conor McGregor is set to fight Rafael dos Anjos for the lightweight title at UFC 197 on March 5. McGregor has the opportunity to make history and become the first competitor in the UFC to simultaneously hold two different division’s titles.
