Chael Sonnen says if Conor McGregor beats Nate Diaz, he’s fighting Robbie Lawler at UFC 200
Former UFC middleweight and light heavyweight title challenger Chael Sonnen thinks everybody missed the point of Nate Diaz vs. Conor McGregor taking place at the welterweight limit of 170-pounds.
According to Sonnen, the UFC 196 main event fight between McGregor and Diaz was set at 170-pounds so that the UFC can promote a welterweight title fight between “Mystic Mac” and Robbie Lawler later this year at UFC 200.
Here is what Sonnen stated on his official Twitter account:
Did everybody miss the point in Danas announcement? If Connor wins, he’s fighting Robbie next.
