Conor McGregor jokingly asking for $75k for signature Monster Energy drink
Conor McGregor never does anything halfway, especially when it comes to money.
The featherweight champion has broken record after record for largest fight purse to sold out events and PPV sales.
Now, “The Notorious” Conor McGregor is looking to bank on a signature Monster Energy drink in his name, and he’s jokingly asking $75,000 to do so.

McGregor referenced his bottle-throwing incident between himself and Nate Diaz’s camp at a pre-fight press conference prior to their UFC 202 rematch.
The featherweight champ was hit with huge fines for the incident, where McGregor threw an unopened Monster Energy drink into the crowd and allegedly hit a child who was in attendance.
“The Limited edition $75k a piece @monsterenergy can’s are available in stores NOW!
Hit up @hansmolenkamp for these limited edition cans that will take the head clean off your shoulders!
Only while stocks last”
McGregor will be taking on UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez in an attempt to become the first fight to hold two belts at the same time in UFC history.
The two are set to fight at UFC 205 for the promotion’s first-ever event in New York State at the historic Madison Square Garden on November 12.
Alvarez will be defending the lightweight strap after finishing former champ Rafael dos Anjos with strikes in July. Meanwhile, McGregor will be making his UFC debut at 155 pounds after winning the featherlight title from Jose Aldo with a brutal 13-second knockout back at UFC 194. After winning the belt, McGregor fought Nate Diaz twice at 170 pounds, going 1-1 with the Stockton slugger.
Conor’s Facebook post makes light of his bottle-throwing incident, saying his signature Monster Energy drink will “take the head clean off the shoulders”.
Who do you see walking away from UFC 205 with the 155 pound belt? Will McGregor become the first fighter to hold two belts in the UFC? Or will Eddie Alvarez spoil the party and defeat the brash Irishman? Sound off, PENN Nation!
