Conor McGregor’s movement coach Ido Portal responds to Nate Diaz and says he’ll ‘smack some heads around’

UFC veteran Nate Diaz’s “touch butt” comments about his opponent UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor’s movement training with Ido Portal has likely started a new hashtag trend on social media.

Flipping the bird

Both the Diaz brothers mocked McGregor’s movement training with Portal. On an episode of UFC Embedded, Nick Diaz ridiculed Portal and McGregor’s training with a pool noodle. “Yoy have a fu*king guy swinging a fu*king pool noodle at you, smacking you in the face with it, you know trying to promote, promote his own shit,” the elder Diaz brother said. “It’s a joke.”

The Diaz brother’s said that movement training is nothing new. They have Kron Gracie in their camp who is a world champion jiu-jitsu black belt and son to Rickson Gracie who is known for his movement training methods that he had perfected long before jiu-jitsu blew up on a world-wide scale.

Portal took to Facebook to address the Diaz brother’s comments.

“So I still didn’t get it, Nate Diaz, first it’s you who were doing some movement training already back in the day but then it’s a shitty approach to take??
Which one is it?!
Well, mr Diaz is under a lot of pressure. I understand mistakes can happen.
Seriously, next time I’ll jump on stage with my pool noodle and smack some heads around.
Ido.”

What do you make of Portal’s response to the Diaz brothers?
