UFC President Dana White announced Wednesday on ESPN’s SportsCenter that he would be having dinner with Conor McGregor to arrange his next fight in the UFC. The two were caught on video leaving their dinner meeting and McGregor looked to be in good spirits, despite their disagreement with UFC 200 and being pulled off the main event last month.

Despite all the buzz of a boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor, UFC President Dana White is working on the next UFC fight for “The Notorious.” White appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter on Wednesday to announce Luke Rockhold would be fighting Michael Bisping at UFC 199 after Chris Weidman was forced out of the middleweight championship bout due to an injury. White was asked about the latest on McGregor and he shared this bit of information.

While the MMA community continues to discuss a potential boxing match between UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor and legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather, McGregor appears to be gearing up for a boxing match. McGregor, who was pulled from his UFC 200 welterweight rematch with Nate Diaz after refusing to fulfill his media obligations for the event, currently doesn’t have a fight booked, however it is expected that he will face the winner of UFC 200’s Jose Aldo vs. Frankie Edgar interim featherweight title fight.

UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor got some training in with BJJ black belt pioneer Chris Haueter recently. Haueter is one of the first American black belt jiu-jitsu practitioners and is a part of the “BJJ Dirty Dozen”, which is a group of 12 practitioners outside Brazil to achieve the rank of black belt in BJJ. Haueter received his black belt from Rigan Machado back in 1996.
