Conor McGregor’s way of trash talking to hype fights has made him one of the most watched fighters. When Conor McGregor fights, fans tune in regardless of whether or not it’s to see him win or lose. According to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, McGregor has become the 1st fighter in UFC history to get a $1 million purse. In addition, McGregor will likely get a cut of PPV sales.

This interview as all interviews for an upcoming fight is to hype it up and sell more PPV and more tickets.  This interview however was painful to watch and honestly didn’t do much to help hype the fight but the link is here if you want to watch. Conor did say he will breeze past the $10 mill mark and Diaz really wasn’t give an answer to anything.  At one point the interviewer asked about how the UFC can be bigger then the NBA or NFL.  Then it gets worse. I’m not sure why you would put either of these fighters on CNBC.

UFC veteran Nate Diaz’s “touch butt” comments about his opponent UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor’s movement training with Ido Portal has likely started a new hashtag trend on social media. Both the Diaz brothers mocked McGregor’s movement training with Portal. On an episode of UFC Embedded, Nick Diaz ridiculed Portal and McGregor’s training with a pool noodle. “Yoy have a fu*king guy swinging a fu*king pool noodle at you, smacking you in the face with it, you know trying to promote, promote his own shit,” the elder Diaz brother said. “It’s a joke.”

If you missed the action from the UFC 196 press conference, you will want to see the video of the action that went down. A near melee broke out when UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor threw a punch that landed on Nate Diaz’s hand that was in McGregor’s face during their face-off at the end of the presser.

The event headliners were asked to square off and Nate proceeded to shove his fist inches from McGregor’s face. Conor eventually had enough of Nate’s antics and decided to punch Diaz’s hand away.

He shy’s away and tries to pass it on. So that’s what you’re seeing with Nate. He’s talked a lot previous, saying he’s going to do this and going to do that. Leading up to UFC 200, there’s much speculation as to who Conor McGregor will face at UFC 200. With his UFC 196 fight against Nate Diaz being a welterweight scrap, there’s many wondering if McGregor will face Robbie Lawler at UFC 200.
