Many are still in disbelief by the actions of Conor McGregor and his crew who attacked a bus full of UFC 223 fighters in New York on Thursday.

McGregor and his team can be seen throwing various large objects at a bus that was transporting the card’s red corner fighters. Windows on the bus were shattered and people including Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg were taken to the hospital to get checked on for injuries from broken glass.

Reports are now coming in that Michael Chiesa versus Anthony Pettis and Ray Borg versus Brandon Moreno has been canceled due to Chiesa and Borg suffering from physical issues relating to the incident.

Ray Borg

“Per sources, Chiesa/Pettis and Borg/Moreno are both off. Chiesa’s facial cuts, and his weight cut was thrown off. Borg started to experience problems with his eye, from the particles of glass.” – Brett Okamoto

“Michael Chiesa vs Anthony Pettis is canceled, sources say.”

“Reason for the cancelation are the cuts Chiesa sustained on his face, I’m told.”

“Alex Caceres, who was scheduled to fight Artem Lobov at 223, will not be getting a last-minute opponent, sources say.” – Ariel Helwani

Artem Lobov was a part of the fracas joining McGregor and was removed from the card due to his involvement in the incident. This makes three fights that are now canceled due to the violent incident.
