UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor has recently been filming and doing motion-capture work for the upcoming ‘Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’ video game to be released in November.

Footage of McGregor doing motion capture for the game was released several weeks ago, where the featherweight champion was seen running with a gun, before soccer kicking a man in the head. When the footage was animated, newly released footage also showed McGregor landing some ground and pound on a downed enemy.

Now, you can see McGregor above with a virtual reality headset on playing the game, and understandably mindblown at the realism of the situation.

McGregor of course is coming off a majority decision win over Nate Diaz at UFC 202 back in August, which returned him to the win column after suffering the first loss of his UFC career at the hands of Nate Diaz at UFC 196 back in March.

On the heels of his win over Diaz in August at UFC 202, McGregor has now signed on to fight UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez in the main event of UFC 202 for the lightweight championship, where he will have the chance to become the first man to ever hold championship belts in two weight classes simultaneously. In addition to having the chance to be the first man to hold two belts simultaneously, McGregor has the chance to become just the third man in UFC history to hold two belts in two weight classes.

With that being said, UFC President Dana White has stated that McGregor will be forced to vacate one of the belts if he emerges from his UFC 202 scrap with Alvarez victorious. In addition, it has been revealed that McGregor will be making a “personal” announcement “out of left field” following the fight, which is rumored to be that he will be taking some time off from MMA to help his girlfriend, Dee Devlin, with the birth of their baby.
