Earlier tonight news broke that Megan Anderson had been forced to withdraw from her highly anticipated UFC 214 title fight with Brazilian star Cris Cyborg.

With that said, there was some good news that was announced by the UFC shortly thereafter.

The promotion announced that Cris Cyborg would now be squaring off with current Invicta bantamweight champion Tonya Evinger for the UFC’s vacant women’s featherweight title at UFC 214 on July 29 in Anaheim, California.

Tonya Evinger (19-5 MMA) was most recently seen in action this past March, where she scored a second-round submission victory over Yana Kunitskaya. Evinger has recorded 15 finishes in her 19 career victories.

Shortly after those pair of announcements, Cris Cyborg took to her Twitter where she issued the following reaction to Megan Anderson’s removal from UFC 214:

Cyborg will enter this fight having gone 2-0 since joining the UFC in early 2016. In her first bout, she mauled the durable Leslie Smith to a savage, TKO win. In her second Octagon appearance, which occurred in her native Brazil, she smashed Sweden’s Lina Lansberg to a second-round TKO. Cyborg has not lost since her first pro bout, which occured all the way back in 2005. The Brazilian star’s overall record currently stands at 17-1 with one no contest.
