UFC President Dana White has shared his thoughts on Francis Ngannou signing a deal with PFL (Professional Fighters League). Ngannou, the UFC’s now former heavyweight champion, signed a deal with PFL earlier this week.

The UFC will be making its way back to Australia later this year. UFC President Dana White made it official in a video posted on the UFC’s official Twitter ANZ page. It’s good news for fight fans down under, as the promotion is set to run events in the territory through 2027.

Dana White has announced a stacked UFC 291 card headlined by Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje. ‘The Diamond’ and ‘The Highlight’ have been in talks to fight for a while now. Following Gaethje’s unanimous decision victory over Rafael Fiziev in March, he called for a REMATCH with Poirier. Their first bout back in April 2018 was an instant classic, with the Louisiana native earning the win by fourth-round stoppage.

UFC president Dana White made sure to console Daniel Rodriguez following his loss to Ian Garry last weekend. On Saturday night, Ian Garry arrived in a big way in the top 15 of the UFC’s welterweight division. He was able to finish Daniel Rodriguez, being the first man to beat the veteran by TKO/KO. He did so in the first round and now, he’s jumped up to #13 at 170 pounds.

This one went the distance and Walker was awarded the unanimous decision victory. It was a showing that didn’t have White on the edge of his seat.

UFC president Dana White has reacted to the passing of Shalie Lipp. The 21-year-old was an aspiring prospect that had accumulated a 3-2 amateur record to this stage in her career. Lipp recently returned from a trip to Thailand, where she trained to prepare for her return. The young prospect was slated to face Natalie Gage at No Mercy 11 on May 20th.

Lawler entered the contest off a stoppage win over Nick Diaz, which was his first victory in four years. However, ‘Bam Bam’ wound up halting the former champion’s momentum, scoring a second-round knockout victory.

Dana White has announced two more fights for UFC 290. After White did a special announcement announcing several key fights on Thursday, he did it again on Friday with three fights for UFC 290 on July 8 – which serves as International Fight Week. First, White announced that Robert Whittaker will take on Dricus Du Plessis in a title eliminator bout. Now, the UFC boss announced that Dan Hooker will return at UFC 290 against Jalin Turner.

Dana White took to social media and announced several key fights for a number of upcoming UFC events. White took to Instagram Live to reveal some key fights and among them was Gilbert Burns vs. Belal Muhammad, which is slated for five rounds as the new co-main event of UFC 288 on May 6. The fight could serve as a title eliminator which is why it is five rounds, but it’s a big boost to the pay-per-view card which recently lost Oliveira-Dariush.
