VIDEO | Dana White says Khabib Nurmagomedov is “absolutely” the most dominant fighter in UFC history

Khabib Nurmagomedov captured the UFC’s undisputed UFC lightweight title at last night’s UFC 223 event in Brooklyn by defeating “Raging” Al Iaquinta via unanimous decision.

With his win over Iaquinta, “The Eagle” improved his undefeated record to 26-0 with sixteen of those victories coming via stoppage.

Following Khabib Nurmagomedov’s dominant decision victory, UFC President Dana White told TSN’s Aaron Bronsteter that he feels “The Eagle” is now the most dominant fighter in promotional history.

“Absolutely,” Dana White said when asked if Khabib Nurmagomedov was the most dominant fighter in UFC history. “For what he went through this week. Physically, emotionally and mentally it is just unbelievable. There is probably three guys on the entire roster that would have accepted three different fights in week. Conor McGregor absolutely would, Donald Cerrone, and Khabib.”
