Demetrious Johnson added to UFC 201
While Demetrious ‘Mighty Mouse’ Johnson defeated Henry Cejudo less than a month ago, Johnson is looking to build on the win at UFC 201 on July 30th as he faces Wilson Reis.
A win over Reis would put Johnson just 1 title defense away from tying Anderson Silva’s record of defending his middleweight championship 10 times. Currently, Johnson sits with 8 title defenses.
Reis is coming off a unanimous decision win over Dustin Ortiz earlier this year, which put him back in the win column after a unanimous decision loss to Jussier Formiga. Reis is currently ranked #8 on the UFC’s flyweight rankings, while his UFC record sits at 4-2.
The event will be headlined by a welterweight title fight between Robbie Lawler and Tyron Woodley.
