Dominick Cruz viciously stirs the pot of drama at 'Team Alpha Fail'

UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz has had a long time rivalry with Urijah Faber and he has been getting an absolute kick out of all the drama surrounding Faber’s camp at Team Alpha Male. A fall out between Faber and striking coach Duane Ludwig caused a rift between fighters with the former bantamweight champion Dillashaw leaving Team Alpha Male to join Ludwig at the Elevation Fight Team. Cruz spoke with MMA Junkie on how he sees things looking from the outside at Team Alpha Male.

In the 5th round of Dominick Cruz’s ‘UFC Fight Night: Boston’ main event scrap with TJ Dillashaw, Cruz seemed to re-injure his knee. While the MMA world was extremely concerned that Cruz re-tore his ACL, the newly crowned UFC bantamweight champion revealed post-fight that it was a foot injury.

Dominick Cruz reclaimed the UFC bantamweight championship last month after defeating TJ Dillashaw via split decision at ‘UFC Fight Night: Boston’. Immediately after winning the title, Cruz found himself being called out by his nemesis Urijah Faber. While TJ Dillashaw wanted an immediate rematch given how close the fight was, Cruz seems to prefer a trilogy bout with Faber instead.
