Donald Cerrone ‘knows a guy’ for UFC 200 main event
After it was confirmed Tuesday afternoon that Conor McGregor had been pulled from his UFC 200 main event scrap with Nate Diaz after refusing to attend a press conference in Las Vegas, MMA fans immediately began speculating as to who the UFC would select as a replacement opponent.
As many were expecting, Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone ‘knows a guy’ who is willing to step in and fight Nate Diaz in the main event of UFC 200. Cerrone and Diaz fought once before back in 2011, and it was Diaz who picked up the unanimous decision win.
It is worth mentioning that Cerrone is currently booked to fight Patrick Cote on June 18th, however that doesn’t appear to phase Cerrone.
Dear Dana,
I'm pretty open July 9th. Have this thing June 18th in Canada. But after that I'm Game the Fuck ON!!!— Cowboy Cerrone (@Cowboycerrone) April 20, 2016
