Breaking! Dustin Poirier forced out of UFC 230 fight with Nate Diaz
Terrible news fight fans, perennial UFC lightweight contender Dustin Poirier has suffered an injury and is out of his slated UFC 230 bout with Nate Diaz.
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto broke the news on Twitter moments ago:
Breaking: Dustin Poirier has suffered an undisclosed injury, per multiple sources. He is off UFC 230 co-main event against Nate Diaz in New York.

No word yet on whether or not former lightweight title challenger Nate Diaz will remain on the November fight card in New York.
The November 3 fight card, which takes place at Madison Square Garden, recently received it’s long awaited main event in the form of Derrick Lewis vs. Daniel Cormier.
