ESPN Goes Gangster
HE’S BACK!
In a welcomed bit of good news, The UFC’s former O.G. (Oregon Gangster), Chael P. Sonnen has inked a new broadcasting deal with, FOX Sports competitor, ESPN.
In a recent statement to the Washington Post, the network’s Senior coordinating producer Glenn Jacobs said,
“Sonnen will provide studio commentary and on-site analysis for ESPN. Senior coordinating producer Glenn Jacobs tells The Associated Press the network knows about Sonnen’s mistakes, but he has paid for them.”
Sonnen retired earlier this year, and later got suspended, for two-years, after testing positive for a severe performance enhancing drug cocktail. He was then released from his duties as a FOX Sports analyst.
