PHOTOS | Evangelista ‘Cyborg’ Santos shows off surgically repaired skull

Earlier this month at Bellator 158, Michael Page picked up one of the most incredible knockouts in MMA history when he landed a flying knee on Evangelista Santos. Santos was hospitalized, at which point he was informed that he would need to undergo surgery to have his skull surgically repaired.

This week, Santos underwent a successful 7 hour surgery to have his skull repaired.
