According to legendary boxer Oscar De La Hoya, hitting the speed bag is just like riding a bike and it looks like he’s right.
The boxer took to Instagram and posted this clip of him hitting the bag while a crew filmed him. There have always been talks of him making a return, but he’s said a few times that he’s happily retired and really, does the guy need to come back?
