One of Jessica-Rose Clark’s Burglars Has Been Identified But Seemingly Without Justice

Having your home broken into definitely isn’t the most ideal of situations to have happen prior to a big fight. However, that was the exact case for Australia born Las Vegas resident, UFC flyweight, Jessica-Rose Clark.

Just days before her sophomore appearance in the octagon against the young star, Paige VanZant at UFC St Louis, Clark had her Las Vegas home broken into and trashed. On top of that, the intruders killed her pet cat(Dwight) and stole $30,000 worth of belongings.

Clark was in St Louis at the time of the burglary preparing for her fight but was given details from her roommate which she posted out immediately:

“VEGAS. MY HOUSE JUST GOT BROKEN INTO THEY KICKED OUR CAT AND HE HAS TO BE PUT DOWN. TVS, GUITARS, DVDS, POP, VIDEO GAMES. AT LEAST 3 PEOPLE, ONE SMALL FEMALE WITH HER HAIR IN A BUN, REDDISH-BLONDE AND TWO MEN. ONE WHITE SEDAN AND POSSIBLY A GRAY TRUCK WITH THEM.”

Today, Clark updated the situation and said that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has identified one of the robbers but that appears to be all they’ve done and will do.

So LVMPD found prints, have a name and address for one of the men who robbed us and killed Dwight. But they said there’s no point arresting him “for just a burglary”

And the officer in charge of investigation has been ignoring our emails for the last two weeks

Clark also added on her Instagram:

“What I don’t understand is, why go to all the effort in the investigation in the first place, if you have no intention of following through?”

Whether anything will change remains to be determined.

What is for sure is that Clark is currently an undefeated 2-0 in the UFC and hopes to continue that trend when she next steps into the octagon. She has no next opponent just yet but is hoping for someone ranked higher than her #9 in the rankings and when getting specific has mentioned former bantamweight title challenger, Alexis Davis.
