Report: Johny Hendricks vs. Kelvin Gastelum targeted for UFC 200

According to a report from MMAFighting, a key welterweight fight is being targeted for July’s blockbuster UFC 200 event in Las Vegas.
The report states that the UFC is aiming to have former UFC welterweight champ Johny Hendricks (17-4 MMA) take on rising contender Kelvin Gastelum (11-2 MMA) at the July 9 pay-per-view event.
Hendricks is coming off a first-round TKO loss to rising contender Stephen Thompson earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Kelvin Gastelum is also coming off a setback, this after losing a split-decision to Neil Magny in November.
