Daniel Cormier sends Khabib Nurmagomedov an inspirational message before UFC 229
Daniel Cormier is confident that his friend and teammate Khabib Nurmagomedov will prove to the world that he is the most dominant fighter in history at tonight’s UFC 229 event.
The undefeated Russian, Khabib Nurmagomedov (26-0 MMA), will put his lightweight title on the line against former division champion Conor McGregor in tonight’s highly anticipated UFC 229 main event from T-Mobile Arena.
Daniel Cormier, who has replaced Conor McGregor as the promotions current “champ champ“, believes that it is Khabib’s destiny to emerge victorious tonight in Las Vegas.
The current UFC light heavyweight and heavyweight champion, Cormier, recently took to Twitter where he shared the following inspiring message for his longtime friend “The Eagle“.

As noted in the promotional advertisements for tonight’s UFC 229 main event, Khabib Nurmagomedov has never lost a fight. In fact, the undefeated Russian has never even lost a round during his twenty-six fight professional career.
Still, it is very hard to count out Conor McGregor, who already has a history of defying the odds.
