Mark Hunt Trashes ‘Chicken Sh-t’ Fabricio Werdum
Mark Hunt only has three modes: chill, no chill, and absolute destruction. Luckily, his last opponent Derrick “The Black Beast” Lewis, didn’t pop for any drugs. Before that, his last four opponents in a row have been fighters who violated the UFC’s anti-doping policies, so it’s easy to understand why Hunt has been more no chill than usual. However, this isn’t about doping. Cowardice isn’t against USADA regulations, but Hunt claims that Fabricio Werdum has tested positive for it. The Super Samoan has been wanting that rematch with Werdum, but supposedly he avoided him at all turns. The kicker? Werdum is scheduled to fight Lewis, the hype train that Hunt just derailed.
“Nov 19 fight nite Sydney tried getting someone in the top 5 but everyone is busy had asked for werdum for Japan and also for Sydney but he is getting a manicure so it’s party time tybura. […] Thought u wasn’t ready to fight Your a true chicken sh-t werdum f-cken bum there’s 2 things I hate in fighters cheaters and filthy dog cowards.” — Mark Hunt via Instagram.
While Werdum has accepted the fight with Lewis, Mark Hunt’s (#5) luck may be looking up. Junior dos Santos has been pulled from UFC 215 for a potential doping violation, which leaves Francis Ngannou (#4) without an opponent. Hunt is scheduled to fight Marcin Tybura (#9) at UFC Sydney in November, but it’s not that uncommon for the UFC to remove a fighter from a card to fill another hole somewhere else. Although, the Sydney card’s success may depend on the honorary Australian’s appearance.
