Josh Evanoff - April 10, 2023

Just days ahead of his return, former UFC champion Max Holloway is making no excuses for his last fight. ‘Blessed’ has been out of the octagon since his co-main event spot against Alexander Volkanovski last July. While the trilogy bout was highly anticipated, Holloway entered the third fight down in the series 0-2. Alexander Volkanovski believes Max Holloway still "beats most of the top guys" at featherweight: "I just went to another level"

Cole Shelton - January 3, 2023

Alexander Volkanovski doesn’t think Max Holloway has lost a step or gone downhill. Holloway was the UFC’s featherweight champ from June 2017 to December 2019 before losing the belt to Alexander Volkanovski by decision. The pair would have an immediate rematch, but once again  ‘Blessed’ wound up on the wrong end of the judges’ scorecards. After defeating Calvin Kattar and Yair Rodriguez, Holloway got another crack at the Aussie but once again came up short in the trilogy.

Many aren’t sure what his next move in the sport is going to be, but one thing we know to be true is that ‘Blessed’ isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Nate Diaz shoots down Max Holloway’s claim of being the best boxer in the UFC: “He’s great, but no-one in the UFC can f**k with me in a boxing match”

Nate Diaz has rejected Max Holloway’s claim that he’s the best boxer in the UFC as he approaches the end of his contract. Nate Diaz is one of the most notorious, pun not intended, fighters to ever step foot in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The Stockton king knows how to rub people the wrong way and then some, to the point where he’s been able to become one of the biggest stars in the promotion’s history – and that’s not an exaggeration.
