Mayweather Took Massive Pay Cut For Berto Fight
It looks like we might need to take up a donation plate for Floyd Mayweather Jr. because he’s reportedly take a massive pay cut in his fight with Andre Berto.
Instead of making $250 million, like he did against Manny Pacquiao, he’ll only be pulling in $32 million for his fight with Andre Berto, according to the figures released by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. That’s right, ONLY $32 million.
But still, it is a massive drop from his previous super fight with Pacquiao. No one is looking forward for this fight, and rightfully so. Mayweather claims it’s his final fight, he’s fighting Berto, who is 3-3 in his last 6 and well, there’s still a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths after his ‘boring’ fight with Pac.
Berto will bring in the biggest payday of his career, with $4 million.
Will any of you be tuning into the fight?
