Bisping on defeating Silva: “This is the stuff childhood dreams are made of”
Michael “The Count” Bisping shocked a lot of people when he defeated former UFC middleweight champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva via unanimous decision in the main event of UFC Fight Night 84 in London.
Bisping was asked if the victory lived up to his expectations at the UFC Fight Night 84 press conference. He responded with the following:
“Yes of course. You know I mean, for me this is the stuff that childhood dreams is made of. You know fighting in the Nations capitol at the O2 Arena sold out against Anderson Silva. It does not get any better than that. And the fight was a war! It was a back and forth battle. I think the crowd enjoyed it. I enjoyed it, and I won. So of course it lived up to my expectations.”
