Michael Bisping and Yoel Romero trade shots on Twitter

Yoel Romero may currently be suspended after failing a USADA-administered drug test, however ‘Soldier Of God’ believes he is still the rightful #1 contender at middleweight.

Back at UFC 194, Romero and Jacare Souza squared off in what many believed to be a middleweight #1 contender fight. Romero won the bout via split decision, with many thinking that the fight should have been scored for Jacare Souza.

Following the fight it was announced that Romero had failed an out-of-competition drug test. After USADA investigated the matter, they determined that the failed test was the result of a tainted supplement. As a result, Romero was only suspended 6 months.

With his suspension nearly up, Romero is looking to get a crack at middleweight champion Michael Bisping, who is reportedly going to defend his title against Dan Henderson first.
