Michael Bisping shares theory as to why Conor McGregor has been lashing out on social media
Adam D Martin - September 8, 2021
UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping shared his theory as to why Conor McGregor has been lashing out as of late on social media. Bisping is one of the UFC’s top analysts, and one of the reasons he is one of the best is because he himself has lived the highs and lows of an MMA fighter’s life. For McGregor, while his entire career has arguably been a high point just because of how much money he’s made, but from a fighting point of view, he’s hit a low recently due to losing back-to-back fights to Dustin Poirier via TKO. The two losses have led McGregor to become angry and he has lashed out on social media as of late against Poirier and his other rivals.

Michael Bisping explains why Darren Till should move back down to welterweight
Adam D Martin - September 6, 2021
UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping explained why fellow British-born MMA fighter Darren Till should move back down to welterweight. Till lost his second straight fight and suffered his fourth loss in his last five fights overall with a third-round rear-naked choke defeat to veteran Derek Brunson at UFC Vegas 36. While Till did hurt Brunson at one point on the feet, he spent the majority of the fight on his back being controlled by Brunson and getting his face smashed in with ground and pound before the veteran sunk in the finishing choke in the third round. For Till, this was a tough loss that essentially shuts down any notion of him being a middleweight title contender anytime soon. Although he’s only 28, he needs to get back in the win column.

Michael Bisping advises Conor McGregor to 'take a tune-up fight' next, names ideal opponent
Adam D Martin - September 5, 2021
UFC analyst Michael Bisping advised promotional superstar Conor McGregor to ‘take a tune-up fight’ next, and he named his ideal opponent. McGregor broke his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July in what was the trilogy fight between the two rivals. Following the fight, which was McGregor’s second straight TKO defeat to Poirier, the Irishman has had harsh words to say about Poirier, his wife, and his team. Clearly, McGregor is gunning for a fourth fight whenever he is able to return from his broken leg in 2022, but if you ask Bisping, he should take another fight before Poirier.

Christopher Taylor - August 25, 2021
Michael Bisping was not impressed that Manny Pacquiao decided to make excuses instead of accepting his loss to Yordenis Ugas like a man. Pacquiao squared off with Ugas in his first boxing match in over two years this past weekend. Although ‘Pacman’ was the betting favorite heading into the fight, Ugas was able to execute a seemingly perfect gameplan to pull off the upset.

Adam D Martin - August 20, 2021

Although Covington already has a tough matchup right in front of him, “Chaos” has spoken about moving up to 185lbs at some point and taking the belt at that weight class from UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. Bisping heard the comments that Covington made about winning a second UFC title, and, on his podcast “Believe You Me,” he took a shot at Covington for his optimism.

However, “The Diamond” has recently been going back-and-forth with Diaz on social media, leading to speculation that he could be pursuing a fight with the Stockton native instead. However, if you ask Bisping, Poirier would be making a mistake if he chooses to fight Diaz next instead.

Dillashaw admitted that he cheated and was trying to gain an unfair advantage and he has served the suspension for the last two years on the sidelines. This Saturday night at UFC Vegas 32, Dillashaw finally returns to the cage when he takes on rival Cory Sandhagen.

Adam D Martin - July 7, 2021
UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping believes that superstar Conor McGregor could retire if he loses to Dustin Poirier in the trilogy at UFC 264. McGregor and Poirier meet in the main event of Saturday’s blockbuster UFC 264 pay-per-view card. The two archrivals are 1-1 all-time in their two-fight series, so the third fight this weekend will settle the question once and for all of who the better fighter is. It’s a big fight with big stakes, as the winner of the bout will more than likely be next in line to fight the new UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira. With so much riding on the line, this is a very important fight for both men in their UFC careers. And if you ask one of the UFC’s top analysts in Bisping, there is a chance this could be the last time we see McGregor fight.

Michael Bisping respects Conor McGregor but is leaning towards Dustin Poirier in trilogy fight
Chris Taylor - July 3, 2021
Michael Bisping has a ton of respect for Conor McGregor, but that is not stopping ‘The Count’ from leaning towards Dustin Poirier in their upcoming trilogy. McGregor (22-5 MMA) and Poirier (27-6 MMA) are set to collide for a third time on July 10, this after splitting their first two encounters. The pair initially squared off in a featherweight bout at UFC 178 in September of 2014, with the Irishman emerging victorious by way of first round knockout. Then, in their second contest at UFC 257 (this time at lightweight), ‘The Diamond’ was able to exact his revenge by stopping Conor McGregor with punches in the second round.
