Michael Bisping (30-7 MMA) earned the biggest win of his career last night at UFC 199 in Los Angeles. “The Count” defeated Luke Rockhold by way of knockout in the bouts opening round to become the UFC’s undisputed middleweight champion of the world.

Bisping, who took the UFC 199 title fight with Rockhold on just two weeks notice, spoke with ESPN following his shocking upset win.

“The Count” deemed the victory as being “just crazy” and added that it was “a special moment” for him.

Prior to the fight Bisping claimed it was his “destiny” to become UFC middleweight champion at UFC 199. He proved that statement to be true in Saturday night’s main event.
