At a press conference ahead of UFC 196, Nate Diaz made a lot of noise when he said that Conor McGregor and “everyone” else in the UFC was on steroids.

Diaz does not take back what he said and frankly, he doesn’t care if you are using steroids.

Nate spoke with Esquire about the issue of performance enhancing drugs in mixed martial arts and says that he has been in the game long enough to know what happens in the world of mixed martial arts.

“I’ve been preparing for that my whole career,” Diaz said of fighting against competition using performance enhancing drugs to get ahead. “I’ve already learned that everybody is on steroids. I’m cool with it, I don’t care… You could be as strong as you want, and I say it’s all good. You do your steroids and I’ll smoke my medical marijuana and then we can get our fight on. I’m not really worried about it… Not that I’m gonna do that. But if you’re gonna do steroids, we can do that, it’s whatever.”
