Former UFC lightweight title challenger Nate Diaz has recently been hanging out and training “ninja shit” with Jean-Claude Van Damme.
The famous actor and long-time mixed martial arts practitioner, “JCVD”, posted this photo with Nate earlier this weekend.
Nate Diaz is coming off the biggest win of his UFC career when he submitted current UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor in a welterweight bout which headlined March’s UFC 196 event in Las Vegas.
“The Stockton Slugger” was slated to rematch Conor McGregor in the headlining bout of July’s highly anticipated UFC 200 event. However, when “Mystic Mac” refused to partake in certain media obligations to promote the big event, UFC officials made the decision to pull/remove the Irish superstar from the card.
Nate Diaz has stated that he only wants to fight Conor McGregor at UFC 200 and if that fight can’t be put together by UFC officials then he is “going on vacation”.
UFC president Dana White claims that the promotion plans to off Diaz some “other” fights for July’s UFC 200 event, but added that he has his doubts that Nate will accept any of those offers.
