On Saturday night, the UFC took over beautiful Manchester, England with UFC 204.

Dan Henderson vs. Michael Bisping 2

In the evening’s headliner, we saw middleweight champion Michael Bisping take a contentious decision from retiring challenger Dan Henderson. In the co-main event, meanwhile, we watched on as Gegard Mousasi took out a fading legend in Brazil’s Vitor Belfort.

Elsewhere on the main card, we saw dominant wins from English light heavyweight Jimi Manuwa, towering Dutchman Stefan Struve, and featherweight prospect Mirsad Bektic. The undercard, finally featured some of the top talent from England, larger Europe, and the world over.

At the moment, fighter purses for this memorable event have not yet been disclosed. We do, however, know how much each of the card’s 22 fighters took home through the UFC’s oft-criticized uniform deal with sports apparel giant, Reebok.

Athlete outfitting pay is determined by the number of fights a fighter has had in the UFC, and during the Zuffa-owned eras of Strikeforce (April 2011 and later) and WEC (January 2007 and later). Champions, however, receive $40,000 regardless of Zuffa experience, while title challengers get $30,000.

In the case of UFC 204, Reebok payout totalled $202,500. The biggest slice of that pie went to the champ Bisping, who took home $40,000, the biggest possible payout under the UFC’s partnership with Reebok. Henderson, meanwhile, took home $30,000 as a title challenger.

Vitor Belfort, Stefan Struve and Brad Pickett also took home sizeable Reebok checks on the strength of their long careers inside the Octagon.
