Last night, as Bellator 206 wrapped up, Japan’s Rizin Fighting Federation hosted its 13th card inside the hallowed Saitama, Super Arena outside Tokyo, Japan.

This Rizin 13 card was headlined by a dynamite kickboxing bout as Kyoji Horiguchi, Rizin’s biggest star, stepped into the ring for a showdown with striking wunderkind Tenshin Nasukawa. As widely expected, Horiguchi failed to defeat Nasukawa in his own sport, though he put up a valiant effort en route to a unanimous decision loss.

Elsewhere on the card, we saw heavyweight MMA legend Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic extend his win-streak, battering Roque Martinez to a first-round stoppage, while UFC veteran Daron Cruickshank executed Diego Brandao with a first-round flying knee, and Czech light heavyweight destroyer Jiri Prochazka mauled Jake Huen in the first round.

Another notable moment of the card occurred when heavyweight veteran Bob Sapp ended a 14-fight win-streak in a comically terrible fight with Egyptian sumo specialist Kintaro Osunaarashi.
