Chuck Liddell open to training Ronda Rousey
Since Ronda Rousey lost to Holly Holm at UFC 193 via head kick KO many have criticized Rousey’s head coach Edmon Tarverdyan.
Tarverdyan caught criticism for what many believed was giving Rousey a false sense of confidence in regards to her boxing, which ultimately lead to her attempting to strike with Holm, an elite level striker.
It was revealed that Rousey would not be switching camps, and Tarverdyan nobly took the blame for Rousey’s loss to Holm.
When TMZ Sports caught UFC legend Chuck ‘The Iceman’ Liddell, they had to get the former champion’s perspective on Rousey’s loss.
“Ronda’s striking has greatly improved, and he’s done a great job with her striking, but there’s another step when you go against a professional striker (Holm).”
When TMZ asked ‘The Iceman’ point blank if he would train Rousey he said:
“I’ll train her any time she wants.”
