Ronda Rousey’s Next WWE Appearance is Booked for Elimination Chamber
Ronda Rousey shook up the world of professional wrestling when the move that had been teased for years finally came to fruition. She’s a WWE superstar now after making her debut at the Royal Rumble. However, any current fan of the promotion knows that there are two brands in the WWE for Rousey to align with. The final part of her signing was announced last night on Monday Night RAW by Kurt Angle that Rousey will be signing her RAW contract at WWE’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event later this month.
“This is my life now. First priority on my timeline for the next several years. This is not a smash-and-grab; this is not a publicity stunt. When I first met with Triple H, I told him, ‘There are other things I can do with my time that’ll make way more money, but I won’t enjoy nearly as much.’ I don’t have words at all. I’m like — this is the most overstimulated I’ve ever been in my life and I’m just, like I’m still processing it.”

“I’m so happy and I don’t have words for it — and I usually have words for everything; This never happened before. It’s funny. It’s kind of like acting, in that it was something I always wanted to do but I never thought was in the cards for me, and now that I realize I really do have this opportunity, I feel like my 6-year-old self would totally kick my ass if I didn’t take it.” — Ronda Rousey speaking to ESPN.
Just announced, Ronda Rousey will be signing her “Monday Night Raw contract” at the WWE Elimination Chamber event Feb. 25 in Las Vegas. Rousey back at T-Mobile Arena, venue of her last fight at UFC 207.

As Marc Raimondi pointed out, this will be Ronda Rousey‘s return to the venue which she last fought Amanda Nunes. Perhaps this will serve as a little bit of redemption for her, as she struts into the T-Mobile Arena wearing Roddy Piper’s leather jacket and continues to live out her dream. Elimination Chamber goes down on February 25th and it’s the final RAW brand pay-per-view before Wrestlemania 34, where Rousey is rumored to wrestle for the first time.
