Rumor: Ronda Rousey will fight Miesha Tate, then retire

It has only been 6 months since Ronda Rousey was brutally knocked out by Holly Holm in the main event of UFC 193 in Australia. With that being said, there has been much speculation as to when Rousey will return to the Octagon given that Miesha Tate is champion, Holly Holm was the first woman to defeat her, and Cris Cyborg is now in the UFC.

While Rousey is currently filming movies in Hollywood, according to TerezOwens Rousey wants to return to the Octagon for a trilogy fight with Miesha Tate in November, a year following her loss to Holly Holm, and then start a family with Travis Browne.

Owens source stated:

“She is deep in love right now with Travis and wants to have a family right away. She doesn’t care about a rematch with Holly Holm, but knows she can beat Miesha.“
