VIDEO | Ronda Rousey starts up her own website, teases big announcement
“Rowdy” Ronda Rousey is one of the biggest stars on the face of the planet.
The former UFC women’s bantamweight champion of the world, Rousey, has opened a new website (rondarousey.com) and is teasing that she will be dropping some major news for her fans very soon.
Check it out.
Ronda Rousey (12-2 MMA) is largely responsible for putting the sport of women’s mixed martial arts on the map.
“Rowdy” went a perfect 12-0 to start her MMA career, scoring eleven first-round finishes in that time.
Since then, Rousey has unfortunately suffered back to back knockout losses, her most recent coming to Amanda Nunes this past December at UFC 207.
UFC President Dana White has stated that he does not believe fight fans will see “Rowdy” make a return to the octagon.
With that said, World Wrestling Entertainment legend Jim Ross is a firm believer that fans will see Ronda Rousey competing in the WWE ring very soon.
Ross recently described the potential Rousey and WWE pairing as a “match made in heaven” to TMZ and added the following.
“Oh, she’s gonna be a big star,” the WWE Hall of Famer told us at LAX … “It’s inevitable. I see her in a WrestleMania someday.”
Ross continued:
“It’s too great an opportunity for her to pass up and WWE to pass up.”
Do you think Ronda Rousey’s major announcement will involve a return to the octagon? Maybe a contract with the WWE? What is your guess? Sound off PENN Nation!
