Watch former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey compete in a Judo match against Edith Bosch at the 2008 Summer Olympic games in Beijing, China.

The quarter-finals match was highly competitive, but “Rowdy” would end up on the losing end of things after being countered by Bosch in the “Golden score” time of the bout.

Although Ronda lost in the quarterfinal to the Dutch ex-world champion (Edith Bosch), she still qualified for a Bronze medal match through the repechage bracket.

Rousey would go on to defeat Annett Boehm by Yuko to win a bronze medal at the 2008 Olympic games.
