Al Iaquinta blasts disrespectful Snoop Dogg for bashing fighters
Rap icon Snoop Dogg was rather vocal regarding his affiliation with team Jon Jones leading up to his rematch with Daniel Cormier last month at UFC 214. Back in April, Snoop asked to walk Jon Jones out to the Octagon:
“Champ, when you get back in the ring with that motherf*cker “DC” Cormier, I wanna walk you out while you kick his motherf*ckin’ ass,” Snoop says in the video.
“Skinny “Bones” Jones is the baddest motherf*cker to ever walk in the Octagon,” he said. “That’s my homeboy, and they’re gonna let him back in. Then they’re gonna make smoking weed legal in the UFC.”
Now, following Jones’ win over Cormier recently at UFC 214, Snoop once again took aim at the former champion as he proudly stated that Jones made Cormier cry like a “bitch”:
“You see what he [Jon Jones] did to DC?. He had him crying like a b-tch.
“You shouldn’t have been talking all that sh-t when he was on suspension. Never talk about a man when he’s down; you wanna pick him up when he’s down.”
That didn’t sit too well with outspoken UFC lightweight ‘Raging’ Al Iaquinta, who took to social media to express the conflict of interest in Snoop being a commentator on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series:
Really wish they'd replace @SnoopDogg on contender series. Guy has no respect or knowledge of the sport or fighters. Constant mockery https://t.co/ENJOtTqgie

So far no response from the rap icon, however given his past willingness to call out DC, as well as his OG status, you can likely expect a response from Snoop in regards to Iaquinta’s comments.
Similarly, don’t expect Iaquinta to hold his tongue in the future either. The outspoken lightweight has never shied away from boldly speaking out in the past.
