Nolan King of MMAJunkie recently reported that Lineker has been forced off this Saturday’s fight card for an undisclosed reason.

The UFC has yet to make an official announcement and there has been no word on if any short notice opponent will be sought after by the organization.

John Lineker was last seen in action at April’s UFC Fight Night 150 event, where he suffered a unanimous decision loss to highly touted contender Cody Sandhagen.

Meanwhile, Rob Font was last seen in action at December’s UFC on Fox event in Milwaukee, where he scored a unanimous decision victory over hometown favorite Sergio Pettis.
